Because COVID-19 is still around with no vaccine available by Christmas, Santa may have to cancel his visits this year.

However Santa does have an idea: Outdoors visits.

NOTA: All Santa visits are subjected to the government’s social standards for COVID-19. These standards will need to be enforced during the visit. At any time if Santa feels that one or more of the requirements has not been met or is abused during the visit, Santa will have the right to cut short the visit. No refund of any amount will be reimbursed.

Here is a list of requirements for Santa Visits 2020:

  1. All Santa visits are subjected to the government’s social standards for COVID-19. These standards will need to be enforced during the visit.
  2. Visits for this year will take place in an outdoor environment, such as parks and backyards, hockey arenas, large markets, and similar places.
  3. The amount of guests per visit will be limited to 10 guests, unless standards call for less.
  4. Durations of visits will be 30 minutes - Fee is $125.00 (which includes tax).
  5. Gifts can be given out. Have a table 2 meters from Santa. He will place it there and then the recipient can pick it up.
  6. Social distancing of more than 2 meters from Santa. No physical contact with Santa this year.
  7. Christmas wish lists will need to be written down, on a Christmas card for example, and then be placed in a plastic bag or box (these cards will be return to client immediately after the visit).
  8. Everyone will be required to wear a mask. All ages.
  9. Photos are still permitted while still respecting social distancing.
  10. All payment should be done via e-transfer.

Let's be safe this year.
